At AERONYTHIS, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to facilitate a seamless experience when you need to return or exchange an item.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  3. Label your package with the provided RA number and send it to the address below:

  4. Once received, we will process your return within 14 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be dispatched once the return is received and approved.
